Services
Networking
We install and maintain various types of networks, including cabled and wireless networks.
A computer network, often simply referred to as a network, is a collection of computers and devices interconnected by communications channels that facilitate communications and allows sharing of resources and information among interconnected devices.
Home Networks
A home network or home area network is used for communication between digital devices typically deployed in the home, usually a small number of personal computers and accessories, such as printers and mobile computing devices. An important function is the sharing of Internet access, often a broadband service through a broadband internet service provider (ISP).
Office Networks
An office network usually consists of a number of computers running through a switch or a wireless router, with this option you can share applications, files and printers with other users, for example: Pastel. An internet connection can also be shared and distributed via a LAN cable or wireless access point like a small Wi-Fi router. Remote access is required from time to time via a VPN to allow a travelling user to still connect to the network and access applications and files on the network from a remote location.
Wireless Networks (or Wireless Links)
A wireless link is a normal network connection, but instead of using conventional network cable, it uses radio signals as a medium.. This is ideal for distances greater than 100m as cabled networks are limited to a distance of 100m. Wireless network links can be set up between offices or between an office and a residential home or any number of locations. The distance can be as much as 25 km or even more. Radio equipment is installed at each location to enable the receiving and transmitting of data.
